New construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in High Level, Alberta.
Completed plans call for the construction of a 75,600-square-foot, two-story above grade elderly care / assisted living facility.
A new seniors complex, consisting of a 2-storey building with approximately 7,000m2 in gross area (3,200m2 main level, 3,000m2 second level, 800m2 basement), will be located in High Level, Alberta at 11101-106 Street (Mackenzie House).
The new building will facilitate the current and future needs of senior citizens for safe and affordable seniors housing in the Town of High Level and surrounding area.
