Completed plans call for the construction of a 60,112-square-foot educational facility.
New building construction of Morinville, NEW 5 9 School, Sturgeon School Division No. 24, including landscaping and site works.
The proposed new 5-9 School will be located in Morinville, Alberta at 545 Grandin Drive, within Lot 1MR, Block 27, Plan 162 4007.
The new school will have a built-out capacity of 600 Students, and shall attain a LEED Silver Certification.
There are no modulars with this school.
The Gross Floor Area (GFA) on the main floor is 3,585 m2, the second floor is 1,981 m2 for a total GFA of 5,566 m2.
The main floor construction is structural slab on grade, with radon mitigation system.
