Renovation of a multi-residential development in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Sakaw Terrace is a 4 storey apartment building with 158 suites (70 lodge suites and 88 Apartment Suites) that is located at 5815 – Mill Woods Road South with.
This building is currently under construction through the Prime Contractor Chandos Construction.
The successful bidder will need to work under the Prime Contractor and will need to provide all labour, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of all the window coverings.
Window coverings are for the common areas, Lodge units (Affordable and Market), and Apartment units (Affordable and Market)
