Tender Description
Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oliver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and road / highway.
Station Street reconstruction, Fairview Rd to Bank Avenue.
The project comprises the following works and approximate quantities:
277m of 200mm dia to 525mm dia PVC storm sewers c/w related manholes, catchbasins and appurtenances;
320m of 200mm dia to 600mm dia PVC sanitary sewer c/w related manholes, services, and appurtenances;
225m of 150mm dia to 300mm dia PVC watermain c/w services and related appurtenances;
685m of streetlight and shallow utility ducting, 6 LED streetlights, and commissioning;
280 lm of concrete curbing & 560m2 of concrete sidewalk;
2500m2 of hot-mix asphalt c/w base gravels;
Landscaping c/w irrigation system, street trees, and xeriscaping
