Tender Description

Renovation of a retail development in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 45,416-square-foot, one-story above grade retail development.

Located in Brentwood Village, Calgary, the project involves bringing one (1) existing unit totaling 46,416 square feet of building area – back to base building condition for two new future tenants. To achieve this, existing unit 500 will be split into two (2) units, Unit 510 and 520. Each unit will have its own tenant. All finishes, framing, and/or associated services remaining from previous tenants will be fully demolished to prepare for the new tenant’s fit-up. New work is limited to drawings and specifications that make up the contract documents. It will include: exterior storefront, selective demolition to remediate the base building tenant space, the installation of specified mechanical and electrical life safety services and equipment. New roof top units and roof patch and repair of affected areas as specified are required.
