Work shall include the installation of a new bridge culvert over a Tributary to Medicine River, located 9.0 km south of Condor (NW 2-38-4-5). The Contractor shall install a 2.0 m dia. CSP culvert by 37 m invert length as per the Drawings and Section 18 of the Standard Specifications for Bridge Construction. The culvert will be located on a 45 degree LHF skew to the local road, centered at Station 5+550.000.
The Scope of the Work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Traffic Accommodation
Site Isolation, Fish and Water Accommodation
Demolition and Disposal of Bridge Structure
Excavation including geotextile filter fabric
Supply and assembly of culvert materials
Backfill including backfill material testing
Heavy rock riprap erosion protection
Roadway work
Permanent environmental protection devices
Certificate of Recognition or a valid Temporary Letter of Certification, or a COR Equivalency Letter (COREL) for out of province Bidders
