Tender Description
Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 76,440-square-foot, two-story above grade theater / auditorium.
Renovations for the VIP & Theatre include: adding VIP experience within 5 existing theatres and renovating to fit this program, adding regular theatres washrooms and 1 party room; Phase 2 – conversion of 9 theatres to recliners (to commence after Phase 2 is complete). Recliner conversion to be done in 3 stages for total of 9 theatres over the course of 19 weeks.
