Tender Description
Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Kamloops, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
The upgrading of streetscape on Lansdowne Street between 3rd Avenue and 4th Avenue and the installation of a right turn smart channel on the corner of 8th and Fortune Drive. These projects involve the replacement of water surface castings; replacement of catch basins and installation of a new catch basins; concrete replacement on the curb, gutters and sidewalks; installation of stamped concrete infill and regular concrete infill; installation of a concrete ramp, concrete stairs and hand rails; installation of brick sidewalk; installation of asphalt for turning lane and lane restoration; traffic and street light upgrades including camera loop repairs and the placement of signs and road markings.
