Tender Description
Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of the removal and installation of approximately 22,300m2 of 65mm thick asphaltic concrete pavement, the installation of 2050 tonnes of base course, 1550m2 of 75mm thick asphaltic concrete pavement, 290m2 of concrete sidewalk, 600m of concrete curb, 460m2 of concrete medians, pedestrian islands, and ramps, road markings, traffic signs, pedestrian flashers, traffic signal upgrades, landscaping, irrigation, and all other work incidental thereto as shown on the drawings.
