MCLEOD LAKE COMMUNITY HOUSING INVITATION TO TENDER

SCOPE OF WORK:
The scope of work shall include a one storey 518.8 m2 multi-unit residential building with six living units (three units each side) with a common community room in between including a full basement for storage. Construction consists of light wood frame construction w/ perimeter concrete foundations, floor framing of prefabricated wood joists and prefabricated gable type roof trusses. The building will be constructed to the current National Building Code of Canada.
Anticipated start for construction is early March 2018.
TENDER CLOSING:
Sealed tenders will be received at the offices of David Nairne + Associates Ltd. at 250-171 West Esplanade, North Vancouver, BC, V7M 3J9 on or before 2 pm P.S.T. on Wednesday, January 24th, 2018.
Tender Documents will be available online at the Vancouver Regional Construction Association / Bid Central website and/or may be obtained from the offices of David Nairne + Associates Ltd. at Suite 250 – 171 West Esplanade, North Vancouver, BC, V7M 3J9. Tender documents will be available on and after 2 pm P.S.T. on Friday, December 15th, 2017. A $100.00 non-refundable cheque is required for tender documents.
