The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the replacement of the domestic hot and cold water piping at the Vancouver Park Board Administration Building located at 2099 Beach Avenue.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:
– Replacement of the existing copper piping using press fit and type K copper piping and fittings
– Replacing water closet flush valves as per drawings
– Replace hot water tank
– Reinstate all interior structure impacted by construction
