Tender Description
Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Smithers, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,900-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
The Town of Smithers (“Town”) invites proposals (“Proposals”) for the design and construction of the “Smithers Fire Department Storage Building” (“Project”). The Town will evaluate all Proposals and negotiate with the Proponent who submits the best of all Proposals acceptable to the Town towards entering into a design-build construction agreement (“Design-Build Agreement”).
The Town presently has approved a total budget of $455,000.00 for the Project.
