BC Housing is looking for a contractor who has the expertise to design-build a fire sprinkler system which meets all the necessary building code(s) requirements for Douglas Place in Kitimat, BC.
The building has recently undergone a renovation and it is beginning to be tenanted. The scope of work includes, but are not limited to:
Design-build a fire sprinkler system for the entire building;
Produce drawing package to obtain all the necessary and required permits;
Asbestos remediation and minimize disturbance to existing tenants.
