Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
The intent of this bid call is to solicit and receive formal offers to construct the following Project: Law Courts South Tower basement renovations, intended to reorganize existing locker rooms and a gym space for facility users. The work will be carried out in two staged phases. Phase 1 includes renovations involving demolition, concrete cutting, new washrooms, showers, locker room renovations, millwork, painting, flooring, doors and hardware HVAC and electrical retrofit. Phase 2 will include a partial sewer line replacement along with demolition, concrete removal, new gym room, new washrooms, showers, locker room renovations, millwork, painting, flooring, doors and hardware HVAC and electrical retrofit.
