Tender Description
Site work, paving and renovation of a municipal facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Revitalization and upgrades to an existing facility. This project will backfill the upgraded warehouse and office space with a total of 210 staff from multiple ministries.
Detailed design is ongoing. Consulting engineers have not been released for publication. Tender for general contractor may be issued late 2017/early 2018. Further update may be published once project has been approved to bid for construction.
Construction budget is $5,400,000.
