Tender Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The general components of Work includes, but not limited to, provide all labour, materials, equipment and plant and other related services for tenant improvements which may include hazmat remediation, demolition, remove and re-install/relocate items, as well as new construction for the complete interior renovation of the foyer, washrooms, storages, main hall, stage, coat rack, kitchen, and exterior entrance including architectural, mechanical, electrical and other requirements.

The general components of Work includes, but not limited to the following architectural, mechanical, and electrical scopes of work, and other related work as identified in the plans and specifications.
