Tender Description
Renovation of an educational facility in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Remedial work to replace deteriorated exterior building components and the affected interior building components. Scope of work includes masonry repair and restoration, exterior cladding and repainting, replacement of exterior doors, frames and hardware, lighting upgrades. Interior work will include repainting, main entrance security upgrades, electrical and mechanical upgrades. Construction may also include an expansion to the parking area.
