Full interior renovation of the 11th Floor in the Municipal Building, and possible interior renovation of 75% of the 10th Floor. Project is potentially two phases. Committed Phase 1 of construction is the entire 11th Floor of the Municipal Building. Potential Phase 2: 75% of 10th Floor of Municipal building. Second Phase of Construction is determined upon Construction costing. As part of the Construction Managers scope will be to work with the City to determine feasibility of Phase 2. Any Agreement resulting from this opportunity will have a duration lasting until project completion and any applicable warranty. This procurement process is not intended to create and will not create a formal legally binding bidding process and will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
