Tender Description
Renovation of a stadium in Okotoks, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Town of Okotoks (the “Town”) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals to complete a project to upgrade lighting at the Town’s Pason Centennial Arenas (Green Arena). The work shall include design, supply, installation and commissioning for light fixtures, lamps (LED), switches, ballasts and motion occupancy sensors.
The work must be completed between the dates of June 4 and August 31, 2018. This RFP does not seek to be prescriptive on the type of lighting fixtures to be installed. Instead, this RFP outlines the Town’s key requirements and preferences, and seeks Respondents to submit proposals which offer the best lighting solution, within budget ($150,000+GST), to meet those requirements and preferences.
