Tender Description
Site work for a mixed-use development in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project involves approximately 7000 cubic metres of clearing & grubbing work, 600 cubic meters of invasive species removals, 21100 cubic meters of common excavation, 8520 tonnes of granulars, 2100 tonnes of asphalt paving, 150 lineal meters of 200 mm ductile iron watermain, hydrant and service, 370 lineal meters of 250-450 mm storm sewer and catch basins, 155 lineal meters of perforated drain with cleanouts, 690 lineal meters of curb and gutter and walks, 500 lineal meters of chain link fencing, entryway gates , wheel wash, parking lot lighting; planting of trees, shrubs, and sod, and construction of
a 60 lineal meter bioswale.
