Tender Description
Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade, 21-room elderly care / assisted living facility.
The Lions Argyle Manor is a 2-storey wood framed building and was constructed in 1975 and contains 21 units for independent seniors.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following:
– Supply and install new roof top make up air handling units (AHU, 2 units),
– Mechanical room upgrades,
– Domestic water re-piping (cold, hot and recirculation lines) along with their associated valves as per Appendix E – ITT –
Specifications and Drawings), and
– In-suite domestic water re-piping and associated works as described in Appendix E – ITT Specifications and Drawings.
