Tender Description
Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Qualicum Beach, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
1) Cameron Lake Day Use Area: Remove four (4) pit toilets (two lock joint and two framed) and install three (3)Government supplied “Wishbone” toilet buildings with trail access on two (2) government supplied 1000-gallon concrete holding tanks with floors and one (1) contractor supplied 1000-gallon plastic holding tank with floor, re-landscape former toilet sites and former toilet access trails;
2) Beaufort Day Use Area: Remove one (1) lock joint pit toilet and install one (1) Government supplied “Wishbone” toilet building on government supplied 1000-gallon concrete holding tank with floor, re-landscape former toilet sites and toilet access trails;
3) Beaufort Day Use Area: Remove two (2) existing type 1 tables and concrete footings and reinstall in same locations 2 new 6’x6’x4″ thick reinforced concrete pads and two (2) Type II tables;
4) Beaufort Day Use Area: Remove existing box stairs and construct 15m of new plastic wood box stairs with fibregrate treads.
