The Work to be undertaken under the Contract involves the renewal of five neighbourhoods, Allendale, Royal Gardens Grandview, Malmo Plains, and Pleasantview. The 2018 Work (Year 1 of Allendale) includes but is not limited to as per bid form Article 14 Table.
Bidders shall submit with their Bid, a letter of Account from the Workers’ Compensation Board – Alberta. This letter must be current and not dated prior to 14 days of the closing date for this Request for Tender. Certificate of Recognition (C.O.R.) Safety Program Requirement
