Addition to an educational facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the addition of a 52,898-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.
The intent of this Tender is to solicit and receive formal offers to perform the following Work: SAMU Building – MacEwan University Issued for TP 004 – Balance of Works.
Construction of a new Students’ Association of MacEwan University (SAMU) building. Connected to the west side of MacEwan University’s Sport & Wellness Centre. It is bordered by 104th Ave to the south, 109th St to the west and an existing surface parking lot to the north. Ground breaking occurred April 7, 2017. The Construction Manager is actively pre-qualifying and securing trades.
