Construction Management Services  for: Pacific  Heights  Elementary
– 12 Classroom Addition
Grandview Heights  Elementary – New School

School District No. 36 (Surrey) is requesting submissions from firms with expertise, demonstrated experience, resources and knowledge in Construction Management Services for two school projects located in the Grandview area in South Surrey: Pacific Heights Elementary and Grandview Heights Secondary.

This is a two-phase process: Phase 1 is Qualification Phase and Phase 2 is Pricing Phase.

The Request for Proposals documents can be obtained after 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 on the BC Bid Website (http://www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca/open.dll/welcome).

Sealed Proposals must be marked “Request for Proposals No. 18-168-016 – Pricing Submissions – Construction Management Services for Pacific Heights Elementary and Grandview Heights Secondary” and must be received by the undersigned  no later than 2:00:00 pm on Tuesday, May 8, 2018.
