Tender Description
Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Powell River, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,640-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Work to be done under this Contract comprises of the general construction of the Powell River Search and Rescue station. The station is a combination of modular and wood frame construction. The station is to be constructed on a concrete foundation.
