Tender Description
Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Strathmore, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope of work includes removal and/or replacement of underground storm, sewer and water infrastructure within the road right of way; reconstruction of road surface and base; and curb/gutter/sidewalk replacement.
The Work is comprised of:
1. Glenwood: Removal and replacement/ upsize of approximately 335 meters of 200mm diameter sanitary sewer and 445 meters of 100mm diameter water infrastructure within the road right of way. Removal and/or reconstruction of road surface and base where necessary. Curb/Gutter/Sidewalk replacement or installation where deemed necessary. Temporary sewer and water servicing where required through construction. Construction work will be carried out in two phases as per the tender package drawings. New water and sanitary sewer mains will be 250mm diameter PVC.
2. Bayview Road: Removal and replacement of approximately 375 meters of 250mm diameter sanitary sewer and 150mm diameter water infrastructure within the road right of way. Asphalt pavement replacement for entire road surface from Briarwood Road to Brentwood Drive. removal and/or reconstruction of road base as well as curb/gutter/sidewalk replacement or installation where deemed necessary.
Construction work will be carried out in two phases as per the tender package drawings
