Tender Description
Site work and renovation of a civil project in Courtenay, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this RFQ is to qualify Consultants experienced in the creation and review of project agreements for large design-build projects. Specific focus shall be placed on experience regarding large design-build contracts which have incorporated a short term operations component as well as mechanisms to hold proponents to extended warranty/maintenance periods.
