Sentinel Day Use Area Riverbank Reconstruction project involves the supply and installation vegetative rip rap armouring (approximately 7,300 m3 of Class 3 rip rap, riverbed cobble capping and approximately 1,500 live willow bundles); site isolation, fish capture and release, and turbidity monitoring; removal and disposal of debris, asphalt, existing washroom structure and garbage bin; earthworks (approximately 24,000 m3 of borrow and 12,000 m3 of common excavation); supply and installation of open cut and bored culverts; intersection improvements and access road construction (approximately 7,000 t of GBC and 3,800 t of ACP); construction of a concrete 4-drop double vault washroom structure, line painting and landscape rehabilitation.
