Tender Description

Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Pemberton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,175-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Squamish-Lillooet Regional District (SLRD) invites bids for its office expansion and renovations project generally consisting of the following, but not limited to:

Site works including the construction of a retaining wall up to 135 feet in length and 12.5 feet in height, supporting the expansion of a parking area involving the placement of approximately 550 m3 of fill;
A 1,600 ft.2 office space addition off the south east corner of the existing building;
A 400 ft.2 storage space below the office space addition;
A 175 ft.2 lobby addition off the west entrance of the existing building;
Other miscellaneous and incidental work as contained in the Contract Documents.
