Tender Description
Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Slave Lake, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work involves the following general scope:
Mill and pave 3,000 m2 of asphalt.
Reconstruct 3,650 m2 of roadway base.
Remove and replace miscellaneous concrete, curb and gutter, monolithic sidewalk, separate sidewalk, and private driveway aprons. Water and sanitary underground utility replacement.
