Ross Tower is a sixteen-storey concrete apartment building. The front of the building faces south-east. There is on grade parking to the North of the building. The building was constructed in 1971.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following:
Replacement of existing interior transformers with new exterior pad mounted 300KVA transformer, including associated cabling, electrical equipment and civil and landscape works.
Coordination with the City of New Westminster for obtaining power to the new transformer.
Provisions for temporary power to minimize shut downs in the building.
Removing and disposing the three existing high voltage transformers with environmental consideration as per municipality and provincial regulations.
