INVITATION TO TENDER

SCOPE OF WORK:
Health & Wellness Centre: The scope of work shall include a new single storey wood framed health facility. The new 757 m² (8148 ft²) health facility will include a Community Health & Wellness Lounge, lobby area, medical exam and treatment spaces, a dental treatment room, office and administration  spaces, general support spaces and an ambulance bay. The construction includes wood framing on a concrete slab on grade with roof trusses. New exterior site works include concrete sidewalks and landings, gravel parking area, generator enclosure/garbage & recycling shed and landscaping.

Community Accommodations for Wellness: The scope of work shall include a new single storey wood framed duplex building. The new 186 m² (2002 ft²) accommodation  building  will include  (2) two residential units each one consisting of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a sitting  and dining area and storage. The construction includes wood framing on a concrete slab on grade with roof trusses. New exterior site works include concrete landings and landscaping.

Anticipated start of construction is August 2018.

TENDER CLOSING:
Sealed tenders will be received at the offices of David Nairne + Associates Ltd. at 250-171  West Esplanade, North Vancouver, BC, V7M 3J9 on or before Tuesday, July 31st, 2018. 2:00pm P.S.T.

Tender Documents  will be available online at Northern Regional Construction Association/Bid Central website. Tender documents for the project listed above may be obtained from the office of David Nairne + Associates Ltd. At 250-171  West Esplanade, North Vancouver, BC, V7M 3J9. Tender documents will be available on and after 2pm P.S.T. on Tuesday, July 10th, 2018. A $100.00 non-refundable certified cheque is required for tender documents.
