Tender Description
Site work for a water / sewer project in Lions Bay, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Water Storage Facilities Replacement project for the Village of Lions Bay includes demolition and disposal of a post-tensioned concrete reservoir used for potable water storage and its replacement with a 2.33 ML aboveground water storage reservoir. Additionally, te project also includes the demolition and disposal of an above ground concrete reservoir used for potable water equalization storage and its replacement with a below ground 0.10 ML concrete reservoir.
Lastly, the project includes the construction of three new above ground pressure reducing valve station kiosks, expansion of a below ground valve chamber, other demolition works, additional site works, roadworks, installation of mechanical piping, valves and appurtenances and installation of electrical and instrumentation to service these new facilities.
