16 York office build a ‘step into the core’

16 York, a new 32-storey, 870,000-square-foot, commercial office tower at the intersection of Bremner Boulevard and York Street in Toronto, will feature a stepped exterior, a unique architectural feature where the building will shift at the 23rd floor by about three metres to the east and one metre to the north. Ground was broken on the project in June 2017, with the topping off anticipated in May 2019 and occupancy in June 2020.
