Hines unveils model for new Toronto timber office tower

Danish firm 3XN has won three straight design competitions for projects at Bayside Toronto, including designs for the third and fourth residential builds, branded as the Aquabella and the Aqualuna (pictured), and the first office building, to be named T3 Bayside.
