Whitby’s Station No. 3 development honours elements of former firehall

For the Station No. 3 development, Brookfield Properties Development is the owner and developer; the construction manager is Multiplex; and the consultant team includes: Raw Design Inc. (architect); Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural engineer); Reinbold Engineering Group (mechanical engineer); Nemetz (S/A) and Associates Ltd. (electrical engineer); U31 Inc. (interior design); Janet Rosenberg & Studio Inc. (landscape architect); Bousfields Inc. (planning); and GHD (traffic & transportation).
