WINDMILL DEVELOPMENTS - Windmill Developments is converting an existing gas station in The Beaches community of Toronto into a mid-rise, mixed-use condo with retail on the ground floor and residential above. Construction on the eight-storey, 57-unit building will begin later this year. The constructor on the project is Ledcor and the design team includes Raw Design Inc. (architect); Read Jones Christofferson Ltd. (structural); Reinbold Engineering Group (mechanical); Nemetz S/A & Associates Ltd. (electrical); Valdor Engineering (civil); LEA Consulting Ltd. (traffic); Thinc Design (landscape); and Bousfields Inc. (planning).
