1515 Pickering Parkway, a new 40-storey tower by Sevoy Developments in Pickering, Ont. is designed by architectural firm Arcadis. The exterior design features a black-and-white facade reminiscent of piano keys and fins which give it movement and make it look like flipping the pages of a book as you pass by.
