The Construction Record Podcast is covering ConExpo, North America’s biggest construction conference from March 10 to March 14, and this episode we have two interviews with speakers appearing at the conference covering both the increased pace of technological change in the construction industry and ways for women to enter the industry whether on the worksite or in the executive suite.
Our first interview is with Procore’s director of director of business development for marketplace Kris Lengieza, who is speaking at two panels at ConExpo. “Building Cities of the Future” is at Wednesday, March 11 from 10:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. at the Silver 3 – Tech Talks stage and “A Construction Tech Odyssey: From Today to 2025” is on Thursday, March 12 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Warren also has an interview with Mallorie Brodie, the CEO and co-founder of Bridgit, who will moderate a panel at ConExpo titled “New Approach to Building Female Construction Leaders” at Pavilion 11 of the Westgate Building. Brodie and the rest of the panel will look at the effects of mentoring and gender equality programs, as well as identifying where gender bias exists and how it can be mitigated.
