NANOOSE BAY, B.C. — Seacliff Properties has announced the launch of Gracewood, a neighbourhood within the Fairwinds community featuring 51 single-family lots, located 20 minutes north of Nanaimo.
It is the first new neighbourhood at Fairwinds in more than 10 years, states a release.
The lots will be along two cul-de-sacs, with ocean, mountain and forest views. Lot sizes range from 0.2 to 0.83 acres and start from $439,000.
Gracewood has also implemented a Preferred Builders Program and will work with a select group of local builders including Westmark, Alair Homes, Taylor Valley Construction, Sartori Custom Homes and Momentum Design Build.
The community itself features a one-acre park and a trail loop that will connect to the expanding Fairwinds trail network across Fairwinds Drive.
There is also the Fairwinds Wellness Club, where Gracewood residents can access amenities including a pool, hot tub, fitness centre and outdoor tennis court.
The Fairwinds Golf Club and Fairwinds Marina are also nearby.
