Tender Description
Site work for an educational facility in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
To construct the civil work and lighting for a new Artificial field at Arthur Peake/Golden Ears Elementary. The scope of work does not include the supply and installation of artificial turf and shock pad, which will be procured separately.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, all site preparation including removals, excavation and filling, permeable aggregate base, field and site drainage system, concrete edge anchor, high-mast field lighting (Musco LED system), chain link fencing, players benching areas, 80 stall parking lot, asphalt and concrete work including pathways, pads, soft landscaping and related works.
