Tender Description

Renovation of a military facility in Ralston, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to complete the general construction of upgrades to the ventilation systems of 3 split type H-Hut Barrack Buildings 514,517 and 522 CFB Suffield, Alberta.

There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 204 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 45 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.

The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.

Inquiries relating to this solicitation are to be directed ONLY to the DCC Contracting Authority mentioned above. Bidders who contact anyone other than the DCC Contracting Authority to obtain clarifications during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified.

The Construction Association has been advised by the tendering authority that a Planholders list will not be maintained or available for this project. The Construction Association may list Planholders that have indicated their interest in this project, but cannot provide any assurance that the list is complete and takes no responsibility for the accuracy of such lists.

Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.
