Range Road 51 and Resources Road – Chip Seal

Tender Description

Site work for a road / highway in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Pavement Repairs, Chip Seal Coat and other works for Schedule A Range Road 51 and Schedule B Resources Road Hill Climb.

The Contract includes but is not limited to, the following Work: 31,300 m2 Chip Seal Coat, Cracks Spray Patching and Potholes Repairs.

The Contractor shall supply all necessary materials, labour, equipment, tools and any incidentals needed to complete the Work in accordance with the Specifications and to the satisfaction of the Consultant.

No pre-tender meeting is scheduled for this project.

A bid bond, or a certified cheque, payable to the County of Grande Prairie No. 1 for ten percent (10%) of the Tender Bid Amount is required as Tender Security. The bidder shall also provide a Consent of Surety.

Bidders must provide a Certificate of Recognition (COR) which is relevant to their industry and recognized by Alberta Human Resources and Employment, Workplace Health and Safety. A valid Temporary Letter of Certification (TLC) issued by the Alberta Construction Safety Association will be considered acceptable. Bidders are advised that a Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (SECOR) is NOT considered acceptable.
