Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a medical facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 430,556-square-foot, seven-story above grade, 234-bed medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; for the demolition of a two-unit medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Redevelopment of the Norwood-Glenrose Long Term Care Facility for a new 5-7 storey facility with 234 enhanced continuing care beds. Scope of work includes renovations of the existing Angus McGugan Pavilion to accommodate 116 beds; and demolition of the existing North Pavilion and CHOICE program buildings. This will be a fast-track project, with multiple tender packages.
