Site work and renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Three Links Manor is a Residential Care facility located in Kelowna, BC. The project scope is to remove the existing indoor natural gas generator and replace with an outdoor diesel unit of a larger capacity to handle the entire facility load. The work will include, but not be limited to, removal and disposal of the existing generation equipment, new concrete foundation and underground conduit/cabling and install and commissioning of new generation equipment. Install sequencing must be coordinated to maintain back-up power for the operational facility at all times.

The Project value falls in the range of $100,000 – $500,000.
