Marie Rose Place, a 40 unit, 38,000 sq. ft. apartment building for immigrant and refugee women is being developed by Hargrave Holdings Ltd. in downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The project will cost an estimated $9 million with the cost being shared by Hargrave Holdings and all three levels of government.
PCL Constructors is the general contractor and Misctecture Architecture + Interiors Inc. did the design.
