Penn-Co Construction, one of Manitoba’s leading construction companies, is building a new head office in Steinbach. The company originally founded in nearby Blumenort currently has offices there and in Winnipeg. Stantec Consulting, HTFC Planning & Design and Sison Blackburn Consulting Inc. are subcontractors on the project for which total costs have not been released.
