The Province of Manitoba announced Wednesday a construction project designed to improve safety on Highway 10 between the Trans-Canada Highway and Highway 25 near Brandon.
The Province of Manitoba announced Wednesday a construction project designed to improve safety on Highway 10 between the Trans-Canada Highway and Highway 25 near Brandon.
Scheduled for completion in the fall of 2012, the project includes 1.5 kilometres of passing lanes, the addition of paved shoulders and rumble strips.
The province also plans to reconstruct the pavement to increase the allowable load.
The upgrades to the pavement and shoulders will be constructed on a 15-kilometre stretch.
