VANCOUVER — WorkSafeBC, British Columbia’s safety regulator, is holding a public hearing on proposed amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Regulation.
The virtual public hearing will be streamed live on July 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will focus on proposed changes to the OHS regulation pertaining to Part 20, Washroom Facilities at Construction Sites and Part 16, Mobile Equipment, sections 16.21 to 16.21.1 — Seatbelts.
Feedback can be submitted either in writing or through participation in the virtual public hearing and all feedback will be presented to WorkSafeBC’s board of directors, a release said.
Feedback can also be submitted by clicking on the documents linked to above and then clicking on an Online Feedback button. Written submissions will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, July 26.
